The day that somehow changed my life was the one in which, at forty, I did the first Feldenkrais Method seminar, with the one who would have become my teacher, Ruthy Alon. Lying on the ground, moving slowly and with pleasure, guided by her wise voice, I realized that this was the job I wanted to do, and that all the different experiences I had done in my life were a preparation. Everything made sense: the music, the work with the children, the sports, the touch of the hands, the psychology, even the ceramics: everything in that perspective was useful, everything brought me there. It’s great to do a job you really love.

S.S. from Italy

Sharing Europe from Florence started to collect memories from local citizens interested in the project activities. We asked participants to “write a message in a bottle” for the future, by sharing a relevant story for them.
